Food was great, fantastic pub. Rooms are good and prices reasonable. Cheapest pool table Ive seen in years. Woot!
Rooms have recently been renovated and are surprisingly nice! Beautiful views across the valley to the mountain range. Staff were helpful and friendly and food at the pub is exactly what you would expect. Would stay again!
Old motel rooms modernised with quality beds and linen. Air con appreciated and view from verandah great to eat breakfast supplied. Dinner in pub good quality and lucky to be there when locals had a music jam session. One and half hours of great music.
Booked a table for 15, bistro set up a table for 12 and then initially declined to add another table to accommodate the extra people (this was later amended, albeit reluctantly). No large pizza bases available, despite this being New Years Eve. Food took ages to be prepared and was mediocre at best. A friend's salad had mold on it. The bar staff, while polite and professional, didn't seem to have any knowledge about the local beers they were advertising.Overall, a disappointing experience.
Menu is pretty basic and food service is on the slow side. Good bar service though.
